X-PRO is a stunning exhibition and competition of academic projects developed by students of SPACE COMPUTER EDUCATION. The exhibition explores the various ideas of information technology through projects.  
Objective of the X-PRO is  to "Make available a stage for students where opportunity is given to flash their intelligence thru project work and  to show their communication skill while  expressing logic and answering queries.

Tips for Effective Demonstrations in X-PRO

Remember : Know your subject! Remember : ƒ Practice in advance, but if something doesn’t go the way you planned, dont get confused, control the situation and try to resume the presentation from suitable point.
Remember : If your project offers solution to problem, then have a clear.. real..  well defined problem so that offering solution matching to the scope of project will be easy.e

  • Open first page of your presentation or project !
  • Be Enthusiastic !
  • Dress Smartly !
  • Wear a Pleasant Smile :)
  • Briefly introduce yourself !
  • Introduce name of the topic.
  • Explain your interest or liking or special skills in your topic.
  • Explain need and importance of the project !
  • Clearly introduce problem for which you are offering solution.

Remember : Give Logical... Easy...and Enough examples to communicate problem.

  • Introduce your project (Tell them what you will tell them) 
  • Open your project  !
  • Get into action....

Remember : (action should be coordinated with explanation and group members, practice enough before final presentation)

  • Tell them what you have developed, brief on common things and focus on functional benefits, demonstrate functional benefits...

Remember : Keep things moving but don’t rush.Remember : Speak clearly, and confidently, Bring suitable variations in pitch of your voice dont present in monotonous pitch.Remember : Don't forget to tell interesting points or comparisons or benefits of your project (jot down and rehearse in practice)

  • Brief on technical details like OS, Language, DB, architecture etc..
  • Summarize your project in a minute what was problem,solution you have offered, and its benefits (Tell them what you told them in your session) :)
  • End your demonstration clearly, by showing the audience, last page and letting them ask questions. If you don’t know an answer, say so – don’t guess.

Remember :  Stay within your allotted time. To check it you may use materials ready to show in various stages of presentation..
